1. Broker-consumer relationship. You acknowledge that you are entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Ivaylo Stoyanov, Sales Representative, REAL BROKER ONTARIO LTD BROKERAGE (the "Member"). This costs you nothing, creates no financial obligation, and is not a buyer representation agreement. Please read the RECO Information Guide, which explains how working with a real estate brokerage works in Ontario. Any representation agreement would be separate, clearly labelled, and never accepted by a click.
2. Personal use only. All listing information you get from this website is only for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Bona fide interest. You have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate of the type offered on this website.
4. No copying or redistribution. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit or otherwise use any of the data or listing information, except in connection with your own consideration of buying or selling an individual property. You will not use any AI system or other technology to collect, store, reorganize, analyze, summarize or manipulate any listing information or related data.
5. No sharing. You will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any listing information to anyone else, including by giving it to any AI system or similar technology.
6. No scraping. You will not "scrape" (including screen or database scraping), "data mine", or do anything else intended to collect, store, reorganize, summarize or manipulate listing information or related data.
7. Ownership. You acknowledge the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board's ownership of, and the validity of its proprietary rights and copyright in, the MLS® database, the MLS® System, the listing information and related information.
8. Compliance checks. You authorize the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), PropTx, and other TRREB members or their authorized representatives to access this website to verify compliance with MLS® rules (including the VOW rules) and to monitor how members' listings are displayed.
9. Accuracy. Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by TRREB. Summaries, the Negotiation Score, "Similar homes sold for" and neighbourhood figures are the Member's own estimates and opinions, not facts about any property and not MLS® data. Check everything before relying on it.
10. Your account. Your email is your username; keep your password private. Passwords expire after 90 days and must be renewed. Accounts used against these terms are closed.
