Privacy Policy for Home Search

What we collect. Your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a one-way hash), the date you accepted these terms and gave consent, and what you do on this website: every search you type, the filters used, each home you open, save or unsave, and buttons you tap, with the time and a one-way code made from your internet address.

Why. To run your account, to meet TRREB's rules for this kind of website, and so Ivaylo Stoyanov can help you buy a home. With your consent, Ivaylo or his team may call, text or email you about buying a home.

Where it goes. Your contact details and searches are kept in Ivaylo Stoyanov's customer database (Follow Up Boss) and on Cloudflare, the service that runs this website. Emails are sent through Resend. Plain-language searches are read by Anthropic's Claude to turn them into filters; your name and contact details are never sent to it.

Accepting the Terms. When you accept the Terms of Use we keep the exact wording, the date and time, your internet (IP) address and your browser, as the record TRREB's rules ask for.

If you started on oakvillelistings.ca. Your account is one account for both websites. The name, email, mobile number, contact consent and searches you gave there came with you when you confirmed your email, so you never sign up twice; the ad or page you first came from is kept too.

Sharing with TRREB. As TRREB's rules require, your name, email, username and activity on this website may be shared with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and PropTx for auditing and legal purposes, for example if a breach of the rules is suspected. Account records are kept at least 180 days after your password expires.

Your choices. You can withdraw consent to be contacted, or ask for your account to be closed, at any time: email ivaylo@robbionicolle.com or call (647) 559-5141.
